Paul Schexnayder represents the council on all legal issues and the promulgation of rules.

Marta S. DeBarbieris, Admin. Program Specialist

Marta S. DeBarbieris is responsible for the registration of Building Code Enforcement Officers and Third Party Providers with the council. She assists in the development and organization of training made available throughout the state.
