Denise C. Jobe, Administrator

Denise Jobe is responsible for the administrative needs of the Council, for the organization of council and committee meetings, and travels the state providing information relative to the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code.

Paul Schexnayder, Legal Counsel

Paul Schexnayder is assigned by the Office of Legal Affairs to represent the council on legal issues and in the promulgation of rules under the Administrative Procedures Act.

Marta M. Salario, Admin. Program Specialist

Marta M. Salario is responsible for the registration of Building Code Enforcement Officers and Third Party Providers with the council. She assists in the development and organization of training made available throughout the state.
