R.S. 40:1730.34 . Information concerning certifications accepted by this council please refer to the Legislative and Rules portion of this website. List of Registered Third Party Providers   List of Registered Building Code Enforcement Officers - Coming Soon   If you are an employee on the payroll of a jurisdiction or municipality than you must complete the Building Code Enforcement Officer (BCEO) registration form. Building Code Enforcement Officer Registration Form   If you are a third party provider, providing services by contract then you complete the TPP registration form. Please note the insurance requirement for registered third party providers is now $500,000 in Professional Liability, newly registered providers and renewal of previous registration will require the higher limits.
