Subchapter C. Manufacturers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Containers

§ 155. Data Reports

Manufacturers must mail two copies of the data report to the dealer making the purchase on the date of shipment. The reverse side of each manufacturer's data report shall include the following form to be filled out
by the manufacturer.

This vessel constructed in accordance with plans and specifications as shown on our drawing number.
