Subchapter B. Dealers

§ 1523. Report Accidents
Any accident involving anhydrous ammonia or the transportation of anhydrous ammonia which causes injury to employees, property damage, injury to other persons, a fire or and accidental release of anhydrous ammonia that is reportable under the Louisiana Right-To-Know Law shall be reported by that dealer in writing to the office of the director as soon as possible but not later than 48 hours. The office of the director shall accept, in lieu of the required report in writing, data and information from the information system established under the Hazardous Materials Information Development, Preparedness and Response Act.
